Important File Requirements (READ BEFORE ORDERING)

We print your file exactly as uploaded.

Please ensure:

• File is HIGH RESOLUTION (300 DPI recommended)
• Sized correctly to fit your project
• Background is removed if needed
• Design is in the correct orientation

⚠️ DO NOT MIRROR YOUR DESIGN
All sublimation prints are automatically mirrored during production.
Uploading a mirrored file will result in a reversed final product.

Pressing Basics

(Adjust based on your blank and equipment)

• Temperature: 375°F – 400°F
• Time: 45–60 seconds (shirts) / varies for hard goods
• Medium to firm pressure

Turnaround Time

• Orders submitted before 2 PM (Mon–Fri): Same or next business day processing
• Orders after cutoff: Processed next business day

• Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor and substrate
• Sublimation works on light-colored polyester or coated surfaces only
• We are not responsible for pressing errors or incorrect file setup
