Creative imPRESSions by beKReativ Designs ships same or next business day via UPS or USPS. We reserve the right to "upgrade" your shipping based on the current shipping speeds we are shown when processing your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all returns. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Tax duties
The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes imposed on the package at customs, these charges are controlled by your country, and Craft Sign Supply by beKReativ Designs, LLC has no way to mitigate these.

If the item is returned back to us due to non-acceptance by the customer, we will deduct any tax/duty/shipping we paid upon receiving the returned item and refund the remaining amount.
