Before you submit: Your request must be reviewed and approved before placing a tax-exempt order. Please use the same email address on this request that you use for your Creative imPRESSions customer account and all future tax-exempt orders.

Tax-exempt purchases do not earn Press Points or other customer rewards.

Submitting this request does not automatically grant tax-exempt status.
