Tax-Exempt Customer Requests

Creative imPRESSions offers tax-exempt purchasing for eligible customers with approved documentation on file.

Before placing a tax-exempt order:

Your tax-exempt status must be reviewed and approved before checkout. We cannot remove sales tax after a transaction is complete.

Georgia customers: complete Form ST-5

If you are claiming a Georgia sales tax exemption, complete the Georgia Department of Revenue ST-5 Certificate of Exemption before submitting your request.

After completing the form, save your completed certificate and upload it using the request form below.

Requirements

  • Submit a current, valid tax-exempt certificate.
  • The name on the certificate must match the purchasing individual or organization.
  • Use the same email address on this request that you use for your Creative imPRESSions customer account and future tax-exempt orders.
  • Your tax-exempt status must be approved before checkout
