📦 LOCAL PICKUP POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

To keep your prints safe and ensure a smooth pickup experience, please review our local pickup guidelines:


✅ SAME-DAY PICKUP IS REQUIRED

All local pickups must be collected the same day they are marked ready.
We are NOT responsible for orders left out overnight or for multiple days without communication.


🎯 DTF TRANSFERS ARE WEATHER-SENSITIVE

Our DTF prints are sensitive to heat, moisture, rain, and humidity. For this reason, it is important that orders are picked up promptly. Prolonged exposure can damage the prints, and we cannot be held responsible once an item has been placed out for pickup.

📩 CAN’T PICK UP SAME DAY?

We understand life happens! If you're unable to pick up the same day, you must text us before 5:00 PM at 678-922-9211 or reply to your confirmation email.
We will then bring your order back inside and hold it securely until the next business day.

⏰ NEED A LATE PICKUP?

Pickups after 6:00 PM are allowed, but only with advance notice.
Please text us before 5:00 PM to let us know you’ll be picking up later, and we’ll ensure your order is accessible.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Print Cutoff)

Pickups allowed after hours with notice

Closed on weekends (no printing or pickup)
